“I could go on and on about all the reasons I love the Arbor house. One of them being a 2 generation family owned and operated. Everything is prepared fresh and handmade with love! Everything from the handmade salad dressings to their exquisite entrees. Amazing wine selection and the atmosphere is just welcoming and romantic. If you are looking for fine dining 5 course meal, this is the spot!“

“I first came here for breakfast back in February when I was moving from California to Seattle. Today, on my way back to California, I stopped by again and had their pancakes one more time.

The pancakes are absolutely delicious, the portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly too — they genuinely put me in such a good mood.

This place will probably always be a little part of my memories of moving to Seattle and, months later, moving back to California. It feels really special to have stopped here at both ends of this chapter of my life.“

“Very much a diner but the food was really good. The cinnamon roll is huge. I decided to take it home and have for a dessert with my wife. It was easy to have a conversation with colleagues and the server was very friendly and attentive enough but not overly attentive. Which was nice for a business meeting.“

“Great news for dog owners! If you REALLY enjoy sharing a meal with your dog, Louie’s is your place. Last night, a dog at the indoor table next to ours was enjoying dinner from the same plate as it’s human! The human would have a bite, then the dog would lick a bite off the plate. When I asked our waiter about this uncommon situation, he replied that Louie’s prides itself on being very pet friendly. I then said, “The dog and the human are eating from the same plate at the table!” He replied, “That may be pushing it a little,” but took no action to discourage the happy dog and human.“

“I'll start this off by saying that this is the first food related review i've ever made in my 55 years of being on this earth. We live in Klamath Falls and were in Medford celebrating her birthday. A google search of the best restaurant Wow, is the best word that I can come up with. The service is incredible, great atmosphere. Very polite staff. We were getting a little impatient between the morel appetizer and the main course, however once the Ribeye cap and the Fillet came and we dug in. The impatience quickly vanished. I grew up on a cattle ranch and have had alot of steak in my life. I can easily say, that this was by far the most incredible, mouth watering ribeye that i've ever had. The same goes with the Fillet. A suggestion to remove the bone marrow term from the bordelaise sauce. Her favorite steak is Fillet, but the bone marrow wording was grossing her out and she wasn't going to get it. I talked her into it and she loved it. It's a place for special occasions and we will certainly be back. We could really use a place like this in Klamath if you ever feel like expanding.“

“We walked in after having to make a quick pivot from our downtown dinner reservation due to the power outage. Joseph greeted us warmly and took us in as “refugees” and sat us at a great little table inside with a view of the garden. Perfect! Joseph was super-attentive all evening long. The craft cocktails were excellent, as was our food. We shared greens and vegetables salad; my wife had the halibut special on an incredible peach romanescu sauce with the crispiest, lightest potatoes ever made. I had a delicious plate of hand cut sourdough pasta. Our dessert was an Egyptian cake that was a miracle of textures and flavors. Thank you Joseph, chef, bartender and the entire staff for a perfect Ashland experience.“

“Dinner was delicious. I had the mushroom ravioli with pesto. Hubby had 3 brisket tacos. Peyton, our waiter, was an outstanding young g man. He was personable and attentive.
Breakfast the next morning wasn’t so great! We both had an omelette because they were so good at the Sacramento Hilton the day before. Not so good here. The coffee was good, but had to ask the waitress when we needed a refill. The omelette was okay, the potatoes just ok, bacon was crispy like I ordered.
Next time we’ll eat dinner here, but definitely not breakfast.“

“We really enjoyed meeting up with local family and our SOU student here for dinner. The chopped salad was a hit, as well as the tuna melt and pulled pork sandwich. The highlight for me was the pumpkin curry soup, with depth of flavor and the perfect amount as a starter course. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. “With the exception of a new guy on Saturday mid day he was very loud talker almost to the point of yelling to talk . Other then that the back part of the store needs to a clear entryway the inside seems to be clean and most of the girls who work there keep it spotless. The bathreooms should always need a key to help keep some from using it as a vaping or drug use spot there was a needle spotted in the trash so for that I fill asking for the restroom key would lessen that use.“
