Passing through Ashland and this place absolutely delivered. The Birria Breakfast Sandwich was killer — homemade birria, egg, avocado, cheese, chipotle aioli, crispy hash browns… all of it was on point. The owner working breakfast was cool as hell, and the bartenders last night crushed it too. Great food, great people — easy 5 stars.
This place is excellent. It was right by our hotel and we thought we'd go to a more extravagant place in town but because it was raining, ended here, and the burgers and salad were superb and reasonably priced. Very fresh and hearty. A total surprise. Server was very friendly. Recommend.
Every time I come to Ashland this place is a must, great staff, great food. I've only been here for breakfast but I can only imagine if they're lunch and dinner are as good as their breakfast, It's definitely worth it.
