“Usually going here is a breeze and everyone has a great smile! But there are other times like today that the orders are made incorrectly and I just don't have the time to wait for them to correct it, which I should give myself more time. A cold iced drink on a 27° degree morning, when the drink is supposed to be hot just made me not excited about it at all. But the new gal at the window with the braids was so very nice.“

“I’ve been to this location a few times now and there’s a lot to like BUT... The coffee is great, donuts are fine (don’t really live up to the Portland level hype), but the seating feels a little like hostile architecture. On the wood benches there’s a lip at the top that digs into your back. I can’t take it for more than 10min and I leave in pain. I rarely write negative comments but the pain in my back compels me to share this to warn other coffee+donut shop nomads. They have WiFi but no bathroom (at least they said they didn’t when I was there) I want chains like this to succeed but I don’t understand how an owner allows this kind of thing to slide.“
