I was just at smoking John’s barbecue in Hubbard, Oregon and he has the best pulled pork that I have ever eaten. The parfait was to die for and delicious nachos loaded nachos at that.
Great satisfying nachos with pulled pork; enjoyed the apple slaw too after a day of racing at Portland Dragonboat festival!
Big John can put a Smoked Meat extravaganza in front of you.
His Brisket, Ribs,Pulled pork and don’t forget the Mac and Cheese are simply amazing.
He has a great Food Truck outfitted for your event or follow him to locations that he is reserved for.
I was at an event last night and enjoyed everything that John and Leanna put on my plate.
I know there are several BBQ trucks throughout Portland but this one is a must go to.
