I ate here the other day and was greeted pleasantly by John himself. Whatever he suggested, I said yes to and that was by far the best decision I could have made. When I say the sandwiches were well worth the price, I mean the meat tasted like it was smoked by a man who had been smoking new his entire life. The apple coleslaw was the best slaw I've ever had and I genuinely enjoyed listening to the man talk while preparing my food. Now I've been thinking about the brisket all week....read full review
