“The night crew at this Starbucks is the best team I have ever seen. Not only are they incredibly fast, kind, and good at their jobs, but they all seem like friends. Special shoutout to Evie, who offered me options when I didn't know what I wanted. This Starbucks is by far the best in the district and all of the night people deserve raises.“

“Coffee was ok - they stirred my macchiato even though I asked for it to be layered... not a huge deal, I didnt point it out when they gave it to me cause I knew they'd have to throw away the whole drink in order to make me a new one...“

“Both the ladies were very nice and greeted me with a smile I'm pretty sure given they had masks they are very professional and my drink was delicious it was made to my specifications that i requested the lady that rang out my order I think her name was Angel she has great customer service skills like she wrote the book on it. I have been to some of the different locations in Portland an they could definitely learn from the way she treats people with her professionalism definitely go out of my way to this Starbucks for the great customer service great people and great coffee thank you for makeing my day better .“

“Staff are friendly. Even when there is a long line, the staff are efficient and fast.

Parking: Hard to find parking close to starbucks as it is a very busy mall.

Kid-friendliness: Part of a mall, so very welcoming to whole families.“
