“I got the chili lime salad with shrimp. I was pleased to find a small bag of chips and so glad I grabbed a salsa! The salad was so fresh, flavorful, and filling. It's been hard for me to find a good salad to order while eating out. My family got burritos but I was able to get an amazing salad that did not disappoint at all! It's rare that I find something I don't want to try to make better at home. When the flavors are on point you just know. The restaurant was clean, the staff was all very friendly, no pressure just happy to help, and very helpful. I can't wait to go back! Thank you so much!!“

He answered all my questions politely, didnt rush me to decide, and you will end up fighting over the home made queso with whoever you’re sharing it with. “I feel like people are sleeping on this place. Portland has spectacular food, and my wife and I have dined on most of it, and Bullard is absolutely in that top echelon. Now I'll admit that we have only ever ordered one entree here: the beef rib. But if you're a fan of Texas food this dish is all the best flavors of Texas in one. Simply mind-blowing. The tavern salad, broccoli, and cocktails were also top-flight. Ooh, and the horchata panna cotta. You need to go here.“
