“A better chipotle for the most part. Seems like they use fresh chicken breast instead of thigh for chicken burritos - the salasas are also better. All around fresh and very reliable for this kind of food. Only advantage chipotle has IMO is the guac, but I'd pick this every time.“

“I feel like people are sleeping on this place. Portland has spectacular food, and my wife and I have dined on most of it, and Bullard is absolutely in that top echelon. Now I'll admit that we have only ever ordered one entree here: the beef rib. But if you're a fan of Texas food this dish is all the best flavors of Texas in one. Simply mind-blowing. The tavern salad, broccoli, and cocktails were also top-flight. Ooh, and the horchata panna cotta. You need to go here.“

“Hello, I was recently in this location of Baja Fresh. I was picking up a door dash order.
As I walked in, I saw the cashier was busy taking a phone order. I was able to identify my order and began the process of verifying it.
During that time, I noticed another customer was being extremely rude and yelling at the cashier. Everything about her demeanor was extremely harsh and very much unnecessary.
Although this woman was yelling and pointing over the counter, the cashier absolutely maintained her customer service level and repeatedly offered to take the woman's order.
At this time, I told the woman that she did not need to yell at the cashier. The woman began filming me and repeatedly yelling at me. She got into my personal space and I felt very uncomfortable. I've never personally encountered such an intense experience in a public restaurant from a customer.
The woman repeatedly insisted to speak to a manager although the cashier was the acting manager. Then she demanded the owner and the corporate number. Again she was being very derogatory and incredibly rude for no apparent reason other than that the cashier had taken a phone order ahead of her.
I just want to highlight and annunciate that the cashier/manager remained calm and courteous and repeatedly offered to take the woman's order.
I realize that I can't do much from my position but if it was up to me I would have asked the customer to leave and refused service. No employee deserves to be spoken to like that regardless of the situation.
I hope that corporate, ownership and other management may read this and know that the cashier/manager who dealt with this customer did so with grace and excellent customer service. I did not get her name but even while she was dealing with this she also handled multiple other customers calmly and maintained a supportive dialogue with the disgruntled customer. There is nothing else that possibly could have been done except maybe contact the police to remove the customer from the store.
I would absolutely go there again to receive great customer service from all the employees who were there today. Thank you.“
