I remember when Baja Fresh came to the PNW. I enjoyed it then and enjoy it now. Thank goodness they survived the lock down and shakey economy and remain in business. Although their prices have gone up like everyplace and everything else they are still a bargain because the portions for a burrito are gigantic . Everything was fresh as usual and delicious . I choose chicken in my burrito this time and had the Mexicano variety with pintos and they do not skimp on chicken. This place is great! I've been coming here since I was very little and have always been impressed with the food. My family doesn't eat meat and it's usually hard to find a place to eat with a lot of flavor under those conditions. Their meatless burritos are amazing!! The place always looks clean and everyone is really nice. Definitely recommend eating here :)
