Grew up eating KFC, but it has gone away downhill.
Take their newest $10 bucket of chicken: the chicken bites.
The description says about 50 pieces of chicken. What it doesn’t tell you is those pieces are all about the size of a teaspoon. They’re not crunchy and they are flavorless.
I will never purchase these again.

Low quality food. Looked like chicken had been fried several days back. Fries were cooked in low quality oil.
The place was empty still they took more than the expected time to prepare the order.

Hello I was at KFC in Hazel Dell last night and one of the workers must have forgot to put his pants / shoes on that day !! What do you guys think?? 😦 I'm glad the health department didn't come in and see this. Lol. Not to mention I sat there for over 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged I was there.

KFC is a restaurant that offers a range of food items, with mixed reviews from customers. Some have praised the chicken and Nashville hot menu option, while others found the saucy nuggets disappointing. The Mac and cheese has been highlighted as a standout dish. However, there have been complaints about the potato and gravy being too cold, and dry biscuits. The service and cleanliness of the location have been praised, with employees being described as awesome. Customers appreciate the consistent quality of the bucket of chicken, which keeps them coming back. Some experiences with food quality have been mixed, with reports of tough chicken, chewy bits in strips, and old, salty fries. Several customers noted issues with order accuracy and customer service, such as missing items, incorrect sauce policies, and long waits during car orders. Despite these issues, many still enjoy the food, especially the main menu items, but some have decided not to return due to their experiences.
