I always like KFC meals, and normally U just do a drive through. This time I went into the store Abba I was greeted by a walk of kiosks. I guess gone are the days off customer service. Well I ordered and waited, and waited and waited. Mind you there were no other customers before or after me and the drive thru only had 1 car in line when I walked in. I finally asked about my order and it had been done for 10 minutes and no one called my name. They did not offer to freshen...

I Order 16 dark meat pieces of chicken when I got home only 13 Pieces it happened three times, please I posted this that way make sure hired someone know how to count 1-20 but the chicken still my favorite
