Staff are always nice, but the service and speed is not great. We usually wait 20+ min with no one in front of us. We don’t get notified if it’ll be a wait. I understand the online orders, but even when those are completed the pace is extremely slow.
We tried to work around this by submitting online orders instead, and when we arrive to grab our online order at its estimated time, it’s not ready. The waiting is so terrible, we come in happy, and leave irritated.

I love the kids working in here, yes they are short handed, and young kids.. It's corporate that sucks badly.. Please be kind to the workers.. They are all nice to us when we come in and hook me up nicely.. My sammich is always perfect, but again we treat them nice, we are patient and we tip nicely ..just a suggestion tho
Some people complain about this Subway but Me personally, I have never had an issue that could be helped.
I.E. Ordering sandwiches from the app and wanting Avocado on it, Paying for said Avocado just to get to the Store to find out they have No Avocado for the 4 Sandwiches you ordered and paid for!! 🤷♀️🤦♀️😱 That's the only issue we've ever really had there. The food is excellent and the service is always good or great!!
