Pulled up an hour before closing, they were out of the food I ordered and had half of the other part of my order. Said it would take about ten minutes, and I offered to pull around and wait out front. Twenty five minutes later, food comes out and one of the items we say and waited for wasn't even in the bag, and the item that is in the bag is cold.
They forgot my drink, they forgot the teriyaki sauce on the chicken and they didn't have some menu items. It was also greasy.

Panda Express offers a limited selection of dishes, with only half available at times. Quality can be inconsistent, with some dishes appearing old and rubbery. Service can be slow, with a 30-minute wait for new dishes and prioritization of take-out orders. The restaurant has received criticism for poor handling of customer orders. On the positive side, some customers have enjoyed their meals, particularly the Orange Chicken, and appreciate the fried rice. Recently, the service was described as very fast and friendly, with helpful staff explaining orders and allowing customization such as separating chow mein and rice for half-and-half options. The atmosphere is suggested to be great for seating, and the Mango lychee drink is recommended. Other reviews mention using the drive-through, though some items like veggie egg rolls were not received or charged for, and portions may be small, with some dishes having little beef or small pieces of Orange Chicken. The overall experience can be marred by long wait times, inconsistent quality, and occasional concerns about cleanliness, but many find the food good more often than not.
