This is my favorite place for lunch whenever I'm in Corvallis. The food is wonderful, with vegetarian options-very fresh and prepared to order, in a calm and inviting atmosphere. Their spicy miso ramen is ichi-ban! 🍜🍥🍢

This place is soooo YUMMY! My first time, and I'm a fan! If you like Ramen, you will love the food here. If you are unfamiliar, go, ask questions to narrow down what sounds good to you, and enjoy 😉

My wife and I just happened on this place, and we were impressed. The yakisoba (we got chicken, but you've got options) were great. Really delicious. The service is prompt, the atmosphere is utilitarian, clean, modern. The servings are ample. We live elsewhere but I suspect we'll start to try to find reasons to go to Corvallis. Come to think of it, maybe Ai Ramen is reason enough. The place is a little tucked away, so you'll have to pay attention to find it, but...
