I have NEVER had an incorrect order...they are ALWAYS kind and friendly and I am always surprised at how quickly they can get my order delivered to me! And...I order quite a bit during tax season and now working from office AND homeschooling??? they have been a God send!!! 🥰
Employee was farting the entire time while making my sandwich. Could smell it from behind the counter.
They made it a sandwich instead of onwhich style and corrected it right away!! Thank you!!!

Jimmy John's, a popular sandwich shop, is known for its delicious subs and wraps. Despite some inconsistencies in order fulfillment, the restaurant generally provides a positive dining experience. Customers praise the quality of the sandwiches, particularly the JJ Gargantuan, though some find the prices a bit high. The staff is generally professional and respectful, though one reviewer encountered a less-than-ideal interaction with a manager. Overall, Jimmy John's is a reliable choice for a satisfying lunch, especially for those in the healthcare industry who need quick delivery.
