We had ordered to go, and for some reason, the computer did not send it back....we ended up waiting for nearly an hour. The manager, Johnathan, made it right and comped us a complete meal for the next time. Last night, I went in, and he honored that. We sat and had drinks while we waited. I was very pleased.
Just want to thank the manager that was able to help us with a problem order that Salem totally dismissed. He went above and beyond and reassured us that he would be helping us. We were pretty upset when we got there however we left happy thank you so much for the help. The food was amazing and hot.

It's been a few years since I've eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings so I was sitting in my van looking at the online menu and a vehicle had stopped some distance away with its lights pointing in my direction. I didn't think anything about it and went to my bank next door to get cash.
