Andy's Mexican Restaurant in Corvallis is a great value with big, flavorful portions. The asada and burritos are highly recommended, along with the savory chili relleno burrito. The red and green salsas are tasty, even if a bit runny, with a wonderful spice level. The surprise of unbreaded chili relleno adds to the flavorful experience. Overall, Andy's is a local gem that does Mexican cuisine right and is definitely worth a visit.
