Walked in today for the first time, got too talking with the man behind the counter about the different donuts etc not only was it an awesome experience just talking with him. His customer service was outstanding I will be going to this establishment regularly from now.
This establishment has very rude employees. Horrible customer service when I called to buy a dozen donuts at opening to be picked up by my son in law for my daughters birthday. Employee refused to help, arrogantly saying it was first come first serve only. Lost a sale and my business in the future.
