Summit Bar and Grill is a lively and popular bar in Corvallis, offering a wide variety of unique and delicious drinks. The service is described as phenomenal, with friendly and accommodating bartenders who provide fast service even when the bar is packed. The establishment features both an indoor and outdoor bar, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. While the reviews mention inconsistencies with cover charges and the presence of a DJ, the overall consensus is that Summit Bar and Grill is a fantastic place to visit, especially when there is a DJ playing good music.
