“Not all Subways are the same. Some are older and need remodeling, and some are new and everything looking pristine. But that's not all that we look for. It's the employees and how they interact with the customers and how they handle the food. Last Sunday evening, 10/13 at 4:10, I stopped in with my kids, and a young lady served us. She was very friendly and we talked about our kids and school. During that time, she made sure to dispose of any food items that didn't make it to the sandwiches as well as had a smile and kept the conversation going. It's employees like this that keep people coming back.
