“How many times have you thought to yourself? I would love an actual pizza that has, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles style cheese, but nobody makes it like that. Look no more at 40, I’ve been eating here my whole life and I will always get this pizza before any other type of pizza. The crust, the cheese, the atmosphere, the taste, there really is nothing like it. PS if you’re a Canadian bacon and pineapple person, this will be the best you ever had. These pizzas are the bees, actual bending knees.“

“This location is always a 10/10 for me. From the friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff, to the food thats perfect every time. Im a regular here and this wont change! Dietary restrictions and preferences are not a problem here! If you have a specific way you want your food, they will do it. Want your fries a little more crispy than normal? They will do it. Want chicken instead of beef on your burger, or even both? They will do it.
Seriously go eat here. You wont regret it!“

“Straight to the point great smoked meat. Brisket to die for. BBQ sauce perfection. Coleslaw with the perfect tang & huge portions ( fresh Mac n Cheese…. So good ) enough to feed you a second round later. Highly recommend.“

“Tonight I was there as a food delivery driver, but I have eaten there in the past, it is really good! The place is very clean (I see many places... Some not so good! Read your local food inspections each week... Trust me). Anyhow, I saw hard working staff, and the person that handed me the order was very friendly! Also, really neat tattoos! It is a great place to go!“

“The W.11th KFCis by far the best one in the city.The food is always magnificently good, chicken is always hot and crispy. They also have the best service. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. Thank you Alexandria for the BBQ. Marisol and Rojelio are super pleasant and nice, they make the restaurant a very a wonderful atmosphere. “shoutout to COTTAGE GROVE KFC....during the middle of this 2019 snowpocalypse..2-27-19. when many had no power they were open food was HOT and ready. .staff was friendly and food was on sale. thank u staff for ur good work ethics and responsibilities ... we appreciated it.“
