I messed up my order and Bill, the manager, sent a new pizza free of charge. There was no blaming or finger pointing, he just wanted me to get the food I wanted and be satisfied. This is the type of experience that keeps me coming back. Thank you Bill and PJ.
The service was amazing, great energy and super helpful, told us the deals and let us substitute accordingly! It was labour day and they were still open so appreciate it :) pizza was super hot and perfectly cooked, crispyness on point

Don't know who made my two ten inch pizzas last night (Italian Trio/Garden) but they were the best pizza I've ever had from Papa John's. Cooked perfectly, lots of toppings. Haven't tried this place in years as last time it was pretty bad but damn, I hope it always comes like this. If so, I'll be ordering a lot more. Props to the mystery worker who made these. ?
