“Not all Subways are the same. Some are older and need remodeling, and some are new and everything looking pristine. But that's not all that we look for. It's the employees and how they interact with the customers and how they handle the food. Last Sunday evening, 10/13 at 4:10, I stopped in with my kids, and a young lady served us. She was very friendly and we talked about our kids and school. During that time, she made sure to dispose of any food items that didn't make it to the sandwiches as well as had a smile and kept the conversation going. It's employees like this that keep people coming back.

“My husband had a Philly cheesesteak. It was amazing. They cooked fresh right in front of us and I had the club supreme which they slice the cheese and the meat fresh and then put it on our bread. It was so delicious and we got the Mike’s way when they add red vinegar and all the toppings. It was so delicious.“

I'd like to apologize on behalf of humanity for how that petulant customer was behind me. Never have I seen someone try so hard to piss off service staff, and literally sabotage their own order. Kudos to the kid running the neat and cheese for not only being kind but still providing great service, I wanted to fight her on your behalf. Okay I'm done.

Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich, and a portobello sandwich option (solid neat alternative in my opinion).

“Came in with my daughter. Every employee was super respectful. We ordered and I ran to bathroom to wash my hands. Sat down and ate a few chips and sipped on drink while waiting on sandwiches. Sat here for maybe 7 or 8 minutes and didn't hear my name. I heard another customer that came in whole we were waiting get their name called and their food was ready. I walked up and noticed a bag at the counter. I asked if it was mine and the worker checked and confirmed. She apologized and said they called my name out. But my daughter nor I heard them. The worker offered to remake the sandwiches but they were cold and we were hungry..so not to worried. I told her I probably just didn't hear them and it was my fault. We sat down and ate and while we were eating I'm assuming the supervisor walked up to us, apologized and gave us two free coupons for two free subs. We only had a wait a few extra minutes, the food was excellent, the service is exceptional, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms were spotless and we are customers for life. Over and above service. “I visited subway in Eugene, Oregon, late on Saturday night (2/8/25)
I have been eating subway for years and have never had a sandwich so well made!!!! The kid that did it had long hair and was the only one there I think. This was by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Please give that guy some sort of recognition!

“I love coming over and playing games!! I haven't tried any. Food well actually except cookies so I guess they are food!! I forget the little blonde gals name but she's the best worker here!! She's the petite pretty one with wavyish blondihair!! She's really good luck for me!! We all love her here!! She's friendly, has a great personality, makes sure we have all out needs met, drinks and cashing tickets like crazy!! All positive vibes with her!! Love u girl!! She's always wiping down the machines and constantly cleaning!! Just want to say I know she hates to turn people away if they don't have an I. D. But it's not worth losing job!!

Parking: Plenty of parking including for.Handicapped folks. Only come here to gamble and drink a Mountain Dew!!“

“A small quick bite place. Loads of premade or just add water makes it's own sauce choices. The do prepare foods to order for quick in and out. Prices are decent for a UNIVERSITY!!!!

Dietary restrictions: Probably. I did not search any vegetable centric meals or products out.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love these kinds of places. It is on the U of O Campus in the Emu. Don't know how many kids come through.

Wheelchair accessibility: The store has an open but busy floor plan. Walking through can be a bit of a trial.“
