We are from San Francisco and love Mexican. This review is a rare one for me because the food really did blow us away.. it’s been a while since we were all really impressed. We were really really impressed with the food. Our kids ordered plates with two tacos rice and beans. Generous portions for the money, tasty, well executed plates, nothing oversalted. Chips could have been warmer and quality improved, I'd recommend a different brand or make them in house. Other than the chips and salsa (which was a bit spicier than expected) it was very delicious. I like spicy things, I eat jalapeños cook with Puya, Arbol, Japones, etc,- family is Oaxacan- but sometimes there's a wild hot chili that breaks the rules and makes eating your meal a lil hotter.

This was my first time visiting. Food was good with good-sized portions at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and attentive.When I arrived I was met with water and chips & salsa.
