Flavor of the beef, peppers and French bread all together was incredible ? & hooked me up big time with the portions ? I loved talking with Angelo he really made me feel welcome, you can tell what an awesome and passionate person he is. “I use the drive through here. Now I’m not a big fan of fast food, but sometimes my toddler needs some chicken stars and my mom needs a milk shake for Mother’s Day (me too). Every-time I go to this location and Steven is super helpful and the food is good for fast food. I moved from Albany and had all but boy cot that location. Also, this milk shakes are on point and if you pay attention to the effort required of them you will appreciate them even more. Ps- if you’re looking to hire you might want to steal Steven away, employees like that are hard to come by.“

“I don't usually write reviews of fast food place, but the service at the W. 11th store was exceptional. One worker stopped to converse with me regarding my work (editing a manuscript). Yesterday I noticed a young worker. As soon as she helped a customer at the counter, she was performing other tasks. No manager directed her; she just was an astute worker who understood the importance of taking the initiative. In addition, (I'll refer to her as G, her first initial) she was genuinely happy to be working. If you are looking for a Carl's Jr. this store is a good one to go to.“

“It took awhile to get our food, and the food wraps are really, really thin on the burgers. Other than that it's a fantastic place, the food was fantastic, alot of fries, burger customization options and the drink machines also have so much selection. The customer service was quick and friendly, someone cleaning went out of there way to talk to me aside from my order being placed which only made it that much more inviting.“

“I was pleasantly greeted by the shift leader, Nova, who was very fun and genuine and gave me some good suggestions on the specials. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very quick and efficient. I got my food within a few minutes. Nova was even able to apply a credit when the Carl’s Jr. app rewards scan code didn’t work for me. Very good experience here!“

“Excellent service. Food was done incredibly fast, and it was possibly the burst burger that I’ve ever had. Also the store was really clean, everything from the tables, floors, and chairs to the windows and restrooms. And that’s unheard of! But, the most impressive part of this whole dining experience was the customer service. The gal who was working the front was amazing. I can’t remember her name but if you ever go there while she’s working there is no mistaking who she is. She was so nice, and she seemed like she genuinely wanted me to enjoy every aspect of my meal. She is a shining star 🌟 in the food industry. I will be telling everyone that I know that the Carls Jr at Echo Hollow is THE destination for an amazing burger.“

“Pretty standard mod pizza experience. Great toppings! ove that I'm able to make my own selections of what I want on there and it's not limited. That's one of the best things about mod is really you can have the topics you want out of their selections that are available and as much of them as you want. I'm not sure if all the employees are trained this way or if they just kind of get jaded, but I like to get a few toppings but lots of them and it seems like if you ask for extra of a certain topping (and the reason you need to do that is because the portion they give you is relatively small of any given topping) It isn't disdain or disgust but they're kind of slow in their response to adding extra to where you kind of feel guilty if you're adding extra other particular topping. Other than that, the only negative part of this experience was that when I went to pay apparently it didn't scan my card. I had already presented my mod app to get points and then went to scan my card. I walked away and a few minutes later the worker called me back over and said hey it didn't charge your card. I neglected to present my app again and he didn't suggest that I should do so. And result was I paid for my food but didn't get my points. That was kind of frustrating. And with that I'm downgrading my service rating from a four star to a 3 star cuz as I reflect back he should have reminded me to use the app again.“

“Excellent pizza and salad options at reasonable prices. You can be very specific about your salad and pizza toppings without any additional charges. This makes it ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Pretty fast service, and a comfortable place to drink a beer while waiting for your takeout order.“

“My son brought home a little token from school earning a free mini blizzard. I really appreciate rewards like this for students. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a fast food restaurant that was clean, organized, had courteous staff, and was festive.

I wouldn’t expect a fast food restaurant to provide a pleasant atmosphere especially on a corner of a very busy intersection. 😊

The service was ridiculously prompt, my son was still picking out a table when our order was ready.

“I placed an order for 6 Roast Beef Sandwiches, using the 2 for $6 Deal, I asked for Horsey Sauce, and I ordered the Shake, Burger, and Fries combo. The server Jaiden was very abrasive and got the order wrong in multiple ways. Not giving any Horsey Sauce and just giving me a Burger instead of the meal combo

Edit: I am very happy with the quick response from the owner, and the factor that a complaint was addressed in less than 24hr. I was also informed that Jaiden is quite new, so I hope your work goes well.“

“I have never eaten here before until just yesterday. It smelled amazing just stepping out into the parking lot, and even more so upon walking in. The guys behind the counter were friendly. I got the shrimp salad. Was delicious. I got a lime Jarritos. I do not recommend as it is tremendously sweet beyond normal soda. The environment looked clean and inviting. The ingredients were fresh & appetizing. They have a good customer service. If you want fresh Mexican food- this is your place.“

“It's Taco Bell. What's not to like. Did Their Chicken Chipolte Bowl, and they have Mt Dew Zero, totally happy for their drink menu/menu.

I trying to keep my blood sugar down, and Google suggested the bowl. Will totally have again!
