And I was skeptical to the apricot he puts on it. But boy was I wrong! That is so DELICIOUS! He makes his own mayo (I’m not a fan of mayo by itself) and it’s very good. Granted I made mine into fry sauce with ketchup. BUT he also makes his own pickles! So perfectly thinly sliced and if you like a tangy pickle you’ll love it! There are other things I’ll have to try. “This little food cart has great food and very friendly service. It's located in the Whittaker neighborhood right across the street from Ninkasi's tasting room. They have Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. All of the meals I've had from here have been fresh, hot, and tasty. Prices are fair, especially for the freshness and quality of the food.

Parking: It's in a neighborhood, so street parking within walking distance is the best option.“

“Carlito's Papusas are delicious! Do yourself a favor and visit this stand. There is covered seating out front and a friendly atmosphere. I walked a distance to dine here and was happy to make the journey. I should mention that Papusas are only $4!“

“Seriously. So. Good! I have been wanting to try this cart for a while, the photos always look delicious. Well I can now confirm, it’s even better than in looks. We ordered via Grubhub for delivery. It arrived quickly and the hot items were nice and hot. I really wanted to try a few things so we got the miso soup, the seared salmon sushi balls(YUM!), a salmon sushi donut, the golden shrimp bowl (extra YUM!) and the salmon bowl. Everything was so fresh, the portions were great and everything was so flavorful and delicious. We are stuffed and satisfied and we will definitely be ordering again soon! 10/10“

“They really do have the best Chili I have ever had in my entire life. The nachos are awesome, delicious and such a large serving that most people will either need to share or get a box. Fun drink specials that invoke the fantasy theme! The family that runs the place is super cool too, very friendly! you can see the heart they put in, ya know? I really loved the previous location for it's welcoming vibe and good food and they are definitely carrying on the tradition.“

“1st time at this establishment. I watched the owner/operator freshly press out by hand the pizza dough, adding toppings requested. I asked for a full pizza and owner was incredibly chill and kind in processing my late night dinner. Reasonable cost for size of pizza came to $30, the pizza was huge and without asking he delivered it to me to my car. The taste was absolutely incredible, even my spouse couldn't get over how good it was. Was going to post a photo, but we ate it 1st. It was that good. It tastes amazing without too much oil, which is good, but it's only open for a short while each day and has more than enough seating to go around. They also offer canned sodas and garlic knots. Vegetarian options: This location offers a few vegetarian pizzas with extra toppings, but a plain cheese can never do you harm either.
