Chef Bob is the heart and sole of Happy Chef, often being host, server, cook and cashier. The food is so good, it's hard not to dig in on the drive home. I highly recommend the Twice Cooked Pork, House Special Lo Mein and House Special Fried Rice. So very yummy!
We stopped here on our way through Eugene and the food was great! The owner is super nice and accommodating. At first we thought it was closed, but the door is kind of sticky so pull hard! We got the chow fun, fried rice, and Singapore chow mein. Everything had great portions of meat. Currently only open for takeout, but definitely stop by!

Hidden amongst the chaos of students partying and such, is this little gem. Very good dishes and student (big) portions. I love ridding over for their Chinese sausage fried rice, not to be missed! By the way, the owner is super nice!
