“We recently tried to buy pulled pork at the location in Salem..twice, they were out of pork in a week. After contacting the area manager, Dave who is located in Eugene, to address this issue, Dave was very apologetic. He not only took care of our order, within 3 days he was at the location in Salem and met with us. He was courteous and professional. If all managers really cared about their customers experience... it would benefit any company beyond measure. Dave, you rock!“

“Always great service, usually great food. This is by far my favorite plate lunch place. The sauce/seasoning is just darn good, and the prep is almost always spot on. Much like any casual dining place you'll occasionally get a meal that wasn't prepped to the standard you hope for, but that's life. The atmosphere is pretty cold, and not terribly cozy, but it works for a quick meal.“
