I have not been here in so long. It fell short of how good it was a couple years ago. I miss the pineapple slice. The mac doesn't have the tang it used to. The chicken was pretty dry. It isn't gross but the quality could use a check up.
Food is pretty average hawaiian plate lunch. Don't order on their website though! They will randomly close without notice during listed business hours and the website will charge your card for food you never recieve! I had to run all the way across town to another location just to communicate with someone who could give me a refund.

We used to get Hawaiian Time frequently. We have noticed the service go downhill both at this location and Coburg Rd over the past year. They aren’t willing to accommodate any special requests as they did without problem in the past, even when there is nobody else in the restaurant and they are usually unfriendly about it.
