It's a walk up window, so be prepared to take your food and go. There is street parking but I had to park almost 3 blocks away on a Wednesday night.
The menu wasn't super clear, but when I sounded confused ordering the worker explained it.
The food was delicious and a generous amount especially for the price!

I never really understood the big hype about Mac and cheese in the past. However after trying this place for lunch one day I have been hooked and often crave the cover me porkins!! My husband and I drove from over 2 hours away just so I could have some! 10000% recommend this place to anyone i know is coming to eugene.
I came here in the day of my daughter’s wedding and was not disrespected.
I love movies and I love Mac n cheese. My wife and I shared a Royale with cheese. Absolutely goated. Services was awesome! Not many places to sit but that’s okay, you could sneak your meal inside the metro cinema next door.

Mad Mac's is a hidden spot tucked away between buildings, a true hole in the wall that is easy to miss. It is a quick service walk up window with no tables or atmosphere. The restaurant serves amazing comfort food, including mac and cheese, loaded baked potatoes, and homemade cookies. The classic mac and cheese offers an authentic recipe loaded with the essentials and plenty of toppings. The cheddar mac and cheese with choice of toppings is highly recommended, as is the ginger molasses cookie. The Spuds McKenzie loaded baked potato is perfectly cooked and described as the most amazing in Eugene. The menu has choices for meat heavy or vegetable heavy preferences. Customer service is excellent, with a five minute wait for a single plate. The staff is really nice. For pick up, calling in the order directly saves money compared to ordering online.
