Kung pao chicken, brisket noodles, and shrimp + pork wonton, spring rolls and scallion pancakes were all delicious.

Based on the reviews, Mr. Dumpling offers really excellent wonton soup and flavorful pickled beef noodle soup. The barbecue pork steamed buns were some of the best, and the dumplings are absolutely incredible, with soup dumplings and fried dumplings being favorites. The wontons in chili oil are delicious, and the kung Pao chicken is super flavorful. The food has great flavor, great portions, and everything is fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. The green bean dish was the best ever. For vegetarians, there is at least one option in each category, including Veg. Dumplings, Veg. Bao Zi, Veg. Fried Rice, and Garlic Eggplnt with rice. The service is great and wonderful, with staff who are genuinely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. However, some reviews noted that the service could improve, such as forgetting to bring rice for a rice dish or forgetting a green tea order, and the server could check in more often. Despite this, the food was really yummy, and the restaurant is easily one of the new favorite places to go in Eugene.
