Subway in Eugene

“This is a very busy and seemingly understaffed location. I usually only see one person working. On my most recent visit, the woman behind the counter was juggling an insane amount of tasks with efficiency and a smile. She was making an online order, dealing with half a dozen customers in the store, the phone was ringing and the oven was beeping. She handled every person and every task quickly, and I was back in my car less than 15 minutes later. I was very impressed.“

Atmosphere is non existent. It use to be more upbeat but it’s pretty dead now. That’s ok tho, thankful food is yummy. This is definitely our go to. Unfortunately, they don’t take the coupons anymore. We live close by and we always get fun local coupons in the mail… so not sure why they stopped taking.“

“I enjoy coming here often for dinner whenever I have a hankering for a nice sandwich, the employees know how to make a fantastic sandwich. And as much as I go there the friendliest employees I've seen are, Ariel and Johnathon. I gotta say these two always have smiles on their faces and it is just refreshing to see. Definitely keepers, and I can't wait to keep coming here for great service and some yummy spicy italians. They are often joking around together and make working here seem like something they'd just like to do in their free time. Though I don't see Jonathon as much he's usually there on Sundays and I look forward to going and laughing with them/ at their jokes. The place always seems clean and organized and the line goes quick. I wish all the mall restaurants were as well staffed as this one.“

She was quick and turned my bad day around—I felt like garbage, but after her service, my day got so much better. She’s truly a gem, and I hope the right person sees this. “It's clean, staff are friendly and the sandwiches are good. A good quick meal that's not outrageously priced

Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich, you decide what's on it and the Veggie Delight is a solid base for those who don't want any animal meat“

“I went there earlier today and it was quite busy. However, the service I received from Lia was beyond spectacular! She was helping from another store but she was so friendly and seemed to really be helping out on this busy Friday night. I'm glad I was able to meet Lia and hope things go well for her. This Subway is great!“

“You actually get what you pay for. Like when you order off of their menu, for example, the Boss, you get the extras that you are supposed to get. The bread is actual bread (cooked to perfection), and their sandwich artists (even the owner) are really nice people! I prefer this subway over the other ones in town, and I highly recommend this subway because you get what you pay for.“

“Friendly service and stuff always looks fresh. Last time I went the bread was a tad underproofed but just meant the bread wasn't as fluffy. Not a deal breaker. I do wish the prices would stop raising. $12 for a sandwich meal is getting out of my budget“

“Too busy for their own good, but great staff and speedy service! A more spacious area would be preferable but I don't think they have much control over that.
The app is garbage but it's the only way to consistently and repeatably use coupons which are required to get any form of decently-priced sandwiches.
Never buy a soda from this place, either. It's better to grab a $1 fountain drink from the Duck Store next door. The Footling Cookie and Footlong Churro are great, too, but expensive. A nice way to treat yourself, though.“

“Subway has always been one of my favorite healthier fast food places to stop at and this one didn't disappoint me.
The small restaurant is right off I-5 so it's easily accessible, has ample parking, and is very well maintained.
It was just what I'd expect for a Subway which is great service, great selection, and great quality.
I'd definitely recommend it for a consistently perfect meal.
