Subway in Eugene

“I was just in your store and what a great experience I had. The woman there working by herself on a Sunday before Memorial Day was super sweet and helpful. She asked me without prompting if I had any issue with meat. I said yes, in fact I'm vegan. So she said no problem and changed her gloves before making my sandwich. I'm sorry I don't know her name but she is the reason I'll be back. Give her a raise!“

“Well as far as the food goes the Italian toasted with a cheese crusted on top Is How We Roll for my neck of the woods. With the turkey & the pork fried swine with the spinach, pepperoncinis, it's good to us on this side. The service seemed as though we were rushing the fellow but we kept cool and enjoyed the atmosphere there was somebody who looked like they may have been without a home but they could have worked there too and was doing some school work it was hard to tell this is how it goes around these parts but the wifey & i will be stopping by there again soon! Oh real quick and I just finished filling in some of the blanks down at the bottom and just for context we were there past 12:00 a.m. can we use some coupons to sweeten the 🤝“

“Stopped at this Subway to use the restroom and they actually let me! I was so happy that restaurants can still tell the difference between someone who is acting out of the ordinary and someone who genuinely needs to relieve themselves of their urine in a safe and secure facility. Thank you Subway employee for treating me with dignity and respect.“

“The food was very good, but I asked for a separate check to send a receipt to my insurance company, and the person who served me was annoyed. If you're going to work in a place like this, you should be polite even if you're angry; otherwise, you'd better look for another job.“

“Amazing experience here yesterday all three employees so helpful and let us know about the fandango deal. The sandwitches were made so nice. Mine was complicated but he was so nice about it hehe. And the lady so nice to working hard in both drive thru and front counter. There amazing !the inside so clean and nice. And they were so helpful too when I needed the receipt for the fandango.10/10 .“

“Absolutely GOATED staff. Whenever I struggle with the app they help, they’re patient bc I’m indecisive. Friendly and build well proportioned evenly distributed sandwiches. Clean store but I always eat out/ to go. $7 meal deal is always great for a night I don’t want to cook at 9:30. It helps they are open till 10 which is the latest around.“

“Too busy for their own good, but great staff and speedy service! A more spacious area would be preferable but I don't think they have much control over that.
The app is garbage but it's the only way to consistently and repeatably use coupons which are required to get any form of decently-priced sandwiches.
Never buy a soda from this place, either. It's better to grab a $1 fountain drink from the Duck Store next door. The Footling Cookie and Footlong Churro are great, too, but expensive. A nice way to treat yourself, though.“

“I enjoy coming here often for dinner whenever I have a hankering for a nice sandwich, the employees know how to make a fantastic sandwich. And as much as I go there the friendliest employees I've seen are, Ariel and Johnathon. I gotta say these two always have smiles on their faces and it is just refreshing to see. Definitely keepers, and I can't wait to keep coming here for great service and some yummy spicy italians. They are often joking around together and make working here seem like something they'd just like to do in their free time. Though I don't see Jonathon as much he's usually there on Sundays and I look forward to going and laughing with them/ at their jokes. The place always seems clean and organized and the line goes quick. I wish all the mall restaurants were as well staffed as this one.“

“The young man I spoke to on the phone named Adan, mentioned to me he was new, but was very professional in way he answered the phone, and he was also very patient in taking the order. Can’t say that about a lot of places, but he made my day! Thanks Adan!“

“I just had one of the best Subway experiences I've had in a long time, and it was entirely because of Bill. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, engaging, and genuinely pleasant to talk with. He made my sandwich beautifully and brought such a warm, positive attitude to the whole interaction.

I've visited a few Subways in the area and haven't always had great experiences, but this visit completely stood out. Because of Bill, this is now my go-to location and I will absolutely be back. People like him are the reason customers keep coming back. Give this man his flowers!“
