Soooo the garden wrap omg ? there's beet hummus.... If you're a carnivore try the spicy walnut burrito it's all vegan but trust and believe totally worth the trip and your welcome in advance ?

First off I'd like to say I'm not a vegetarian or vegan. I heard about The Peaceful Palate through a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Very flavorful. Ingredients were fresh and well prepared. I got the Tempeh Burrito and a Mango Smoothie, which was not on the menu. The food was very filling and tasteful. The Peaceful Palate is so good! The whole menu is vegan and gluten free, great if you have diet restrictions and still great if you don’t ;) Colorful, fresh, delicious ingredients! Great wraps and salads! Friendly and personable service! Filling and nutritious without that heavy, bogged down feeling afterward. It’s a perfectly refreshing meal for this warm weather. I have really been craving what I got today and I didn't even know it: Spicy Walnut Burrito ?!!! Packed and thick, I only ate half there earlier today and I'm writing a review now because I just finished the other half and I'm so excited to go try more. This was my first time at the food truck but it will for sure not be my last!!! 110% recommend to support this food artist!!!Vegetarian options: Beautifully mixed veggies and vegan options across the board

Wow! My wife and I finally got to try this place today and everything was so good! We got green smoothies and walnut burritos and it was very fresh and flavourful! Def a new fave! Very kind people working as well

This is hands down the best Vegan Food in Eugene!! The food is very creative, nutritious, & oh so yummy!! Great selection of entrees, salads, soups, & smoothies! Extremely reasonable prices, & good sized portions! 5 Star Customer Service, a friendly & attentive staff!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!! I had the Classic Burger with salad, & I enjoyed every bite! My pickup order was fulfilled in only 10 min too! You are missing out if you don’t try this absolutely amazing food truck ?❤️

I’ve been waiting weeks to come try this place out. Sadly, when I walked up to the cart, I saw the person working inside had no mask or face covering. Covid cases are surging all over Lane County and you can’t be bothered to wear a damn mask? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU. Complete waste of time.
