“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. “A great burger and great price in the photo is the little John combo comes with burger fries and a drink. (On the burger there is bacon, ham, fried egg, burger sauce lettuce and tomato) $12.05 for all that! Also the fries look like in and out but taste way better! 10/10 would come back. Also bonus on my way out I talked with a gentleman that left the same time as me and asked if he was local and if he goes there often he said he lives in southern Oregon but when ever he is in the area he always goes here a testament to its quality and taste.“

I requested a refund, it was only then the manager on duty Toni B. gave a very horrible explanation regarding why the drive thru orders were being prioritized over the dine in orders. She explained it was shift change. When you work in fast food, and there are over 6 customers in the dinning area either waiting for there food or waiting to order, SHIFT CHANGE SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Drive thru SHOULD NOT be a priority. I will not be returning to this location, fast food is not waiting over 20 minutes for your food.“

“1st time ever at any Applebee's! Loved loved our server Benji! The food took awhile they were pretty busy and they volunteerly took off 10 percent of bill all on their own without us ever asking. Food was hot large portions. One chicken tender dish was overcooked and they replaced them in minutes and gave a little discount as well for them. We will definitely be back. His bourbon chicken and blackened shrimp was too die for 😁“

“Great FRESH food. High school aged kids are the staff and it is amazing! If they are not busy with customers they are sweeping, washing down tables and even outside washing windows! They are being taught a true work ethic from one of the sweetest business owners I have ever met.
You really can't go wrong with anything you order. I always ask for my burger to be cut in half as they are juicy and a handful. Grilled onions are one of my favorite toppers. What I pay here for QUALITY food is what one would spend at McDonald's!“

She said she was the waitress and was making drinks and would be with us shortly. After waiting 5-7 more minutes she came over to our table and said (straight away) that I had not waited "that long". Of course this was rude and I said, "we were done and leaving". I just tried to call (5 hours later) to speak to a manager and was told, "they are in and out and would call me back". “Nice enough place... Almost like a bar you can bring your kids to? Not a lot of places to get a hot dog and they have a full menu of big Costco sized dogs for a not unreasonable amount of money. I had the burger on Texas toast and it came with fries for $13, however some of the hot dogs were $12-13 which is good if they came with fries but they don't, they come with chips, fries are 4 more dollars and are grocery store variety crinkle cuts... Not sure why the burger is cheaper than a hot dog... The burger was pretty good. My family seemed to enjoy their hot dogs. We had a couple beers that were good but not cheap by any means. It's not overpriced but the place has kind of a bargain feel, I think I would have liked it more it was like a "wow that was cheap experience". If you're gonna charge $12-13 for a hot dog include fries or maybe a 2 dollar upcharge 4 bucks is too much for a hand full of crinkle cuts. Lottery cheapens the place a bit and makes it feel more like a bar than it should. It's not a bad place.
