“I lived in Florence about 4 years ago and tried all the clam chowder along the coast and with out a doubt yours was by far the best. . “So while it’s a nice room. I do have qualms with it. The plug ins next to the bed are so loose I can’t plug anything into it. My cell phone has to charge across the room. The water pressure in the bathroom is nonexistent unless it’s the toilet. Bring clips to clip the curtain shut. And the path to the beach is met with a mud puddle that I couldn’t traverse so beach access didn’t happen. The hotel is very clean, the pool was nice and has a wheelchair access lift which is wonderful. Love the play area for the kids and the toddler pool. Splash pad was down ( we didn’t have kid with us, so it didn’t affect us). I have never been to Florence and I heard great things about this hotel. I would rate it a 6/10 but I’m not familiar with other hotels in the area, I’m just rating off other hotels I have stayed at. Hopefully the issues I ran into were flukes and not a common thing.“

“We had a great experience last week at Traveler's Cove. We went early around 4:30 for dinner and sat out on the new deck. Our server and service was excellent. We were checked on several times and our food was VERY good. Hot, fresh, and very tasty. The carnitas and carne asada were exceptionally good. I was pleasantly surprised we were able to be seated and fed so quickly even during tourist season. We will definitely be back!“

“Cute little place slightly off the main drag of old town. The outdoor seating is perfect on a sunny day. Excellent selection of beers and very high quality food. We split a fantastic salad plus fish and chips with grilled fish. That is such a treat. Rarely can you get nice grilled fish instead of the deep fried version. Look forward to returning the next time we’re in town.“
