“My family parents and I have been going to Our daily bread for years and the food has always been fantastic. We went again today, and after we were seated, my mother suffered a medical emergency that required paremedics being called. The our daily bread staff was extremely caring, empathetic and helpful during a frightening experience and undoubtedly a massive disruption to their days and truly went above and beyond what should have been expected from them, including giving us food to go at no charge.My mom has been discharged from the hospital and we are eating that food now and it is delicious. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to all the staff!“
“Countryside in veneta has good food great pizza but pretty horrible service. Unless your one of the local drunks in the bar section (most of the customers) you may yet a refill you may have your wait person stop and ask how your doing. That's been my normal experience and I go once a week or so for pizza (it really is great pizza). Last weekend i went and they had a waitress I had not seen before, she was amazing it was the first time in a long time!“
“Love the owners. Heard they were looking to sell and retire in the near future. I have to admit, I’m glad they didn’t end up selling it to the buyer from the Eugene food truck. After seeing the way he was talking to the owners, intimidating them, and refusing to cooperate with things they were asking for in the sale… I would not have come back if they had sold it.“
“Most of the time, the food is fabulous: on a busy night, it can be devoid of flavor/toppings. It is just rushed to get to your table, and it shows.If you get there during none-peak times, be prepared to wait. We are always shocked how busy they are, and the poor waitress is on her own in the beginning (however, her service with a smile is spot on).As a general rule, their food and service are good, or my Mom and I would not continue to go (Everyone is allowed an off day)Oh, and their desserts are bomb! I normally get them to go cause portions are satisfying.“
