This “global inspired taco truck”…..Hmm was not impressed.Beef was ok. Pork was not good.If global, offer the 3 basic mexican tacos. And 2 mouth fulls at $11 …I do wish the best and hope to see improvement.

Curry Beef Taco's and Pork Belly Taco'sPrep was timely. Global inspired... not impressedIMHO... Not impressed at all. Asked for two asada street taco's. "We dont make the typical Mexican taco, we are globally inspired". Isn't Mexico part of the globe?... Said ok ill try your beef and pork inspired taco. Done in timely manner @$5.50 each. Beef style was ok. Pork style was not good at all. Hoping for improvement as this community needs good food places.

Delicious Korean BBQ pork belly taco. Just absolutely smashing, crisp, full of flavor and not fatty. Served with some creamy sauce on a double street taco sized tortilla. Yumm! I also had the curry beef taco, very good as well but just a tad less flavorful as the pork belly. My friend is vegan and he was able to make her some fried avocado tacos. Super friendly service, very reasonably priced. I left extremely happy. Plenty of parking on a parking lot in front of the food truck, right off the 101 North of downtown Florence. Picnic tables to sit.
Have never tried the food but my family and I were on vacation in Florence this past weekend and we were nearly killed by the reckless driving of this food truck driver. Whether it was an employee or the owner we don't know but they got on our bumper as soon as we entered Florence and then flew around us going way too fast and giving me the middle finger scaring my wife and my children. Don't care what they were late for nothing gives them the right to endanger my family. Never had their food but that's a bad way to present a business. Will tell everyone we know never to go there.

Amazing food. All meat, protein with a few tomatoes, and an amazing avacadoe dressing. I had the chicken tacos. Quite good and spicy. This is definitely a meat heavy taco. No lettuce, no fillers, just the star of the show, the protein. I am actually amazed there isn't a line of hungry men wrapping around the parking lot every time they open. Maybe because we're at a coastal beach town?Parking: Next to Petsmart in the same parking lot, on Hwy 101.Wheelchair accessibility: They are a food truck. They have cafeteria tables in front of their truck with planter boxes sectioning off the eating area from the rest of the parking lot. You can roll right in, no curb, on whatever kind of wheels; chair, skateboard, bike.

We had an excellent lunch at Game Thyme. We got the delicious Red Coconut Curry Chicken Soft Taco with Pico De Gallo and Spicy Cilantro Sauce. The Korean Pork Belly Soft Taco was deep-fried and sauteed in a Korean Bulgogi Marinade, then topped with Kimchi and Awesome Sauce and it was epic! The Elk Burger was juicy and flavorful with a Cheddar Tuille, Lettuce, and Tomato on a Brioche Bun with Game Sauce.
