Excellent food, but it took 30 minutes for them to serve it. There was only one order in front of me, that was done in the first five minutes and then I just waited around for an additional 25 minutes. Everyone else in my group - who got food from four different trucks - was done or nearly done eating by the time I got my food.
I usually stay away from food carts when doing reviews but I had to write one for Heart of India. I ordered the Chicken Tiki Masala with Basmati rice and Samosa. I often order spicy as it usually has some more flavor than mild, but this was definitely SPICY; made my eyes sweat. Nevertheless, it was wonderful! The Samosa was larger than any other one I've ever had (order contained two and I could only eat one and only 1/2 of the Masala order). It cost $20 but was enough for...

One down fall in our opinion is skimping out on the meat in the meals. Usually 5-7 small pieces of meat in each of the dishes we've tried.
