“This won best donut in Portland for a reason. It is my fav donut place in the US honestly. Cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is and how high quality the donuts are. What makes it even better is the joy Penny and Boun exude. Family-owned, but Delicious Donuts makes you feel like part of their family too! Must try for anyone who is a donut aficionado and definitely for anyone living in PDX!!!“
“More than just donuts ! This place is a real treat with an incredible team that goes above and beyond for the community. Tasty drinks, coffee, and donuts that changed my life. I love the baked donuts as much as the fried. Lisa and the team are always working on something special so follow along on social to see what’s new !!!!“

“The donuts are fantastic! The crem brulee donut is my favorite, and my girlfriend loves the maple.
Pass on the coffee though... it's kinda awful, at least the latte was. Very bitter and kinda burnt tasting espresso. Great staff, and fantastic donuts.“

“You have to visit Voodoo Doughnut when you are in Portland. It's an institution. The doughnuts are good and creative and there is a big variety. The store itself has some fun stained glass windows, but otherwise is nothing special. This time I tried the Portland Cream (its just a Boston cream, but in Portland) and a Memphis Mafia (an apple fritter with peanut butter, chocolate frosting and chocolate chips). Both tasted great, and the fritter was unique, but the base doughnuts underneath weren't any better than you can find at other good doughnut places. When we went it was busy enough we had to wait outside for a few minutes before we could go inside, but there was only a single worker on the registers. Good doughnuts, definitely worth checking out if you are visiting Portland, just don't go in expecting a life changing experience.“

“Voodoo Doughnut is all about the fun and quirky vibe. With bold decor and wildly creative doughnuts topped with everything from cereal to bacon, it’s a must-see stop for Portland visitors. The experience is memorable and playful, though the actual taste of the doughnuts may not quite match their eye-catching presentation. Still, it’s a unique spot that’s worth checking out at least once.“

“Thank you Coco Donuts on Sunnyside! I accidentally ordered a 3oz coffee from Uber eats and the staff recognized it was most likely an error and prepared me a great 16oz Caramel macchiato. 😀 Not to mention their fresh, fluffy and delicious donuts!“

“the donuts and oatmilk matcha were very yummy! My mom got an oatmilk latte and loved it! The matcha was a solid 6/10, the matcha flavor wasn’t very strong to be honest so I would advise getting a coffee. I recommend the old fashion donuts, we got the lemon poppy seed but i’m sure all the unique flavors are amazing! the matcha donut was also good but the texture of the old fashions were unbeatable. we got 2 drinks and 4 donuts for around $27.“

“This iconic Portland landmark donut shop is a must visit for anyone coming to the area. Pink voices of donuts a are frequently seen on flights leaving the airport, as people take them home across the country to share the experience with family and friends. Are they that good?!? They are definitely that weird. Featuring gastronomical extravaganza like turtle cheese cake, dirt (a donut with vanilla frosting and creme filled cookies on top), bacon maple bar, voodoo doll (a raspberry filled bar in the shape of a voodoo doll), maple blazer blunt, ring of fire, cock N' balls (Bavarian creme filled bar in the shape of, well, you know), the Memphis mafia (cake donut with banana chunks, cinnamon, peanuts, chocolate chips, covered with chocolate and peanut butter drizzle), and MORE! What's not to love about this quirky twisted bit of authentic Portland character? If you are in the Portland area so in to one of the 6 locations and see what the hysteria is all about.“

“If you have a business downtown or close, you have to swing by. You know how people will cut donuts in half in the office so as not to eat a full one? Well, with these it's not an issue. Eating one involves no guilt and no shame, because they are MINI! Seriously though, great small business, worth a visit.“

“Chocolate glazed donut- Just a solid donut. No frills. The chocolate is pretty standard. Really good but not quite great.
Glazed old fashioned- Nice exterior with a moist interior. Citrus finish. I thought lemon, wife said lime. Best thing we got.
Donut holes- pretty standard. Really good but not earth shatteringly good. Almost leaves a waxy like feeling in my mouth.“

“I consider myself a connoisseur of old fashioned donuts and this place just obliterated the competition. We are only in town one more day but may go back in the morning for round two of the OG.“

“I love the bagels at Sesame Donuts... but I have to say two or three days after the donut is made it should be passed on. Sometimes the donuts are excellent and sometimes they taste a little burnt oil/ old oil. Everyone here is friendly and has a fantastic attitude, but then again the donuts should be pretty much fresh, everyday. So in conclusion I am saying please do not let them sit for 2 or 3 days and serve them. We know how business is we tend to overstock.
I usually get a huge bagel with cream cheese. The bagels are always fresh tasting!“

“I’ve been to this location a few times now and there’s a lot to like BUT... The coffee is great, donuts are fine (don’t really live up to the Portland level hype), but the seating feels a little like hostile architecture. On the wood benches there’s a lip at the top that digs into your back. I can’t take it for more than 10min and I leave in pain. I rarely write negative comments but the pain in my back compels me to share this to warn other coffee+donut shop nomads. They have WiFi but no bathroom (at least they said they didn’t when I was there) I want chains like this to succeed but I don’t understand how an owner allows this kind of thing to slide.“

“Best coffee, chai, and donuts in East County. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend the seasonal offerings.

“I really like this place, especially the signature corn dogs and ice cream. The hot dogs are crispy and fragrant when served warm, and it's also a great spot to chat with friends. The owner and staff are very warm-hearted and generous. 5 stars recommended.“

“I love the variety of flavors they have. My mom and I have gone multiple times (sometimes in the same week! ) and had a chance to talk to the owners and a couple of the baristas, all of which were very friendly and love to offer suggestions of flavor combos (that is, if you can't pick from the fun flavors they come up with every month). I also love that they offer a dark and light roast coffee and you can still actually taste the coffee, not just the sweetness from the syrup in the fancy drinks. They have a good balance.“
“It will call you by name when it is done and even make coffee art. The pressure is off to leave a tip. The time between the shot of coffee and the steamed milk is about one minute. People will tell you that need to happen in less than 15 seconds, but honestly, I can't taste the “

“The only powdered chocolate cream donuts anywhere in town (and I've checked), just the way Winchell's used to make them: absolute perfection! The other donuts are incredible, too, but the powdered with the poof of chocolate icing is my go-to 4 LIFE! When my husband and I journey 25+ miles to a Sesame Donuts and our box of donuts is in our car, I may spontaneously serenade my donuts. They're THAT GOOD! 🎵 "Oooh, chocolate poopers, you are the best donut in the world!" 🎵 😄“

“Friendly staff and amazing treats. We got to the shop around midnight and although it was late, the donuts tasted as fresh as if they’d just come straight out of the oven. The service was especially great, the staff welcomed us with a smile and didn’t once think twice about answering any questions we had about the donuts. We had been craving a sweet treat on our road trip and didn’t know if anything would be open so late, but we are so glad heavenly donuts was. What better way to spend a fun trip than stopping by heavenly, and eating these delicious donuts.“
