Every single afternoon/evening it is difficult to see the drive through menu because the sun sets directly behind it. The speaker and microphone have also been complete GARBAGE for the 10 years that I have come here. Does the franchise owner even pay attention to the customer experience at all? The employees were super confused and blame the manager for order mistakes so apparently even the manager is no good.

The person taking our order was terrible. She could not get the order straight and three times was told we wanted original chicken and we still ended up with extra crispy chicken and the wrong meal. The music was so loud the last two times we have been there. You can’t even talk to the person next to you. We will not be back.
