“I was initially worried to visit this location after reading all of the negative reviews, but I gave it a try anyway. I have been twice so far and my experience has been the same each time so I feel confident writing this review. The staff are quiet but friendly, service is prompt and the tea is delicious. The hand written signage on the door and in the store definitely gives off a GTFO vibe but I’m not sure that’s how it’s intended. Or maybe it is ??♀️. Either way, I will continue to visit this location.“

“These are the greatest smoothies I have ever tried inmy long smoothie eccentric life!! It is well worth the 2 hour drive!!! I would give the environment for inside restaurant area a ZERO but that's not possible. The property owner Valerie Hunter really made for a regrettable experience but I will always stand up against her foul attitude and business etiquette for these AMAZING DRINKS. I'm so sorry your employees have to rent from her. Bless your business“

“Some of the friendliest folks you'll meet. "Fast food" is not an easy job, no matter where you work. The expectations are intense, and the payout is crap. I know Jamba barely qualifies as fast food. But I have seen very few restaurants that claim to be fast food perform as well as this one. With all of that being said, Jamba may be Jamba, but it does matter who makes it. Nearly every time I've come here, my order has been spot on. I like to make a bunch of modifications and really mix it up with my drinks. So attention to those details is important to me. They always pull through and color me, truly impressed.“

“I love their cups. I have collected them (and used them) since I first started going to Jamba back in 2021.
I mentioned to the staff that the metal cups they were offering was flaking off inside the cup into the drinks. The straw coloring to match the cup was flaking off into drinks. I expressed that it felt unsafe to drink. I was glad to see that those cups on display were replaced with much better cups the next week when I visited.
Jamba makes great smoothies and their food is good for a quick pick up. I plan to head there tomorrow to pick up a new holiday cup and some delicious Orange Dream.

“These guys have the most amazing Boba Tea selection and exceptional customer service. Their drinks have the perfect balance of flavor punchiness, creaminess, crunchy surprises, and their boba pearls are made in house right in front of you. Our fave is the classic Taiwanese Boba Tea. ❤😋“

“The drinks here are especially good than other Dutch Bros. One of my favorite things about this one are the baristas. They are really nice, and will remember you if you go a lot! (>u<) It's also in a really convenient location. Would definitely recommend.“

“The drink I got was AMAZING. It was the taro milk tea with cheesefoam, SO creamy and thick. It reminded me of the richness of eggnog. The cheesefoam was a bit more salty than cheesefoam from other shops, but still very good.
The place was a bit messy, particularly the windows and door were covered in greasy kid handprints. But, they were super busy when I was there on a Sunday at 1pm, so probs just not the priority at the time.
Even though they were really busy (all the indoor seating was full + half the outdoor seating) the drinks were out pretty quick. I don't think we waited more than like 6/7 minutes.“

“The gals here are always great. Even though it's a smaller coffee shop they always have my wife's favorite almond and oat milk. I like the fact that it is a local small business and not a chain or franchise.“
“Always great service and treats here! They offer a wide range of ice cream flavors and toppings and you have the ability to mix in some extras. Everyone seems to really enjoy working here and it shows through their wonderful customer service. I will definitely be stopping by in the future!“
