I would give the environment for inside restaurant area a ZERO but that's not possible. The property owner Valerie Hunter really made for a regrettable experience but I will always stand up against her foul attitude and business etiquette for these AMAZING DRINKS. I'm so sorry your employees have to rent from her. Bless your business“

“They were really busy this afternoon...the place was a bit messy and drinks took awhile to come out.

I usually order on the app, but decided to interact with human during this visit. Staff was nice, though the young woman who helped me went through the payment screen so fast I didn't have a chance to scan my app or get a printed receipt. At least I got what I ordered. Would give this place another visit, and slow down the process to get credit for my visit. 🥴“

Informative on The difference between the drinks, while I was deciding which order, and then informative on the smoothie that I had picked while it was blending while they were getting it ready. When they handed me my drink we connected on a personal level about some thing that I brought up (cancer and as an alternative these healthy smoothies) and it was an overall very pleasant experience. I’ll come back to this location due to great staff.“

But tonight seemed off!!
The girl with the pigtails on 9/19 seemed off!!
Today I ordered my usual and husband grabbed our drinks while baby was running around I was chasing him so I wasn’t able to try the drink right away but when I was able to it tasted wayyyyy off bitter tasting now I knew there was noooo sweetener !! So of course I went to the counter talked to the pig tail gal and said sorry to bother you but this drink seems off!! And she said what’s wrong I said there’s no sweetener in it she back fired with a responds to noooo there is sweetener in there I said no miss there is no sweetener it’s very bitter she said noooo it’s made just fine and didn’t even offer to remake it for me!! She didn’t even believe me luckily Nun correct me if I spelled it wrong she intervened and said hmm umm she is here a lot and she knows her drink I am sure very well!!! She wouldn’t make it up!! I said thank you I am here a lot and I wouldn’t make this up!!! She gladly grabbed my drink and said would you like me to remake it!? I said yes I am so sorry she said noooo it’s not your fault we know you come here a lot and we know you know how it’s suppose to taste !!! She was soooooo warm and very apologetic for what had happened !!!
And I lefted feeling like she really listened to my needs !!!

Point of my story is she made it right she always acts professional and I would promote her to be lead or shift lead she is amazing and very calm and relaxed and handle's situations with professional attitude! I work at starbucks and we get drinks made all the time it’s not a big deal we always help customers!! But that pigtail girl made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter!!! Or want to help!! She didn’t even say sorry to me for snapping at me. Nun deserves a recognition for going above and beyond and helping customers I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to a promotion Jason you gotta believe me on this one take my advice!!!!!!

I would trust Nun to run the store while you’re not there any day!!!!

I never want to be that person who feels bad about returning a drink back!!
Or feel like I am the problem!!

I wish the pigtail girl had a little more training on customer service and not snap back without hearing the whole story!! She made me feel really embarrassed.

“I love Phin caphe, they used to close early before the business time like, their store close at 6 PM, but they closed at 5 PM because there were no customers, majority of the citizens working 9-5 and they closed at 5 PM, how can we have time to go there and order or even hang out with friends? I wish the store close late, like around 9 or 10 PM. But, I still give thema a 5 stars because they got good Vietnamese coffee“

Tonight at Dutch Bros, I experienced something far more meaningful than getting “just a coffee.” however coffee was made to perfection...I was on my way to the emergency hospital because my dad was showing dangerously high blood pressure and potential stroke symptoms. My heart was heavy, and honestly, I was silently hoping someone would offer to pray with me.
When I pulled up, Gus greeted me with genuine kindness and simply asked how my night was going. I shared what was happening, and without hesitation, Gus offered to pray for my dad and for me. It stopped me in my tracks because i said nothing about wanting prayer. This wasn’t a coincidence. At the exact moment I needed comfort, encouragement, and a reminder of hope, Gus showed up with compassion and faith.
His prayer meant more to me than he probably realizes. In a world where people often rush through their day, Gus took the time to care, to encourage, and to speak truth and hope through Jesus Christ. I left that stand feeling uplifted and supported during one a overwhelming night.

That being said, I ordered a large cake batter breve with whipped cream tonight and am very disappointed. There is no whip and no cake batter flavor at all. It literally tastes like coffee with milk. Real talk on affects: I don't know what's in the teas to be causing this, and I'm never one to be affected by caffeine, but when I have a tea past 5pm, I'm awake still at 1am. i need to start going in the morning as the energy I get is clear and not shakey and lasts for hours.“
