Asked for manager at 7:45 p.m. today, 7/13/2021 to let them know that the speaker outside wasn't working correctly. Girl at window said she didn't know managers name. Guy named Ephraim, or Ephrain(?) came to window and asked me "What's the problem?" I answered that I just want to know the name of the manager. He refused to tell me and it quickly digressed into a pissing match. When I told him he was being recorded he answered "I don't give a f$&#".
