Was looking forward to the new apple crisp latte Extremely disappointed because it tasted like warm milk with a tiny bit of apple hint . I kept stirring it up hoping the flavor had settled on the bottom. No luck
I would’ve taken it back if I wasn’t on my way to work.
i get coffee 6 days a week. i went through the drive through Wednesday morning. they not only screwed up my coffee, but they took my cash instead of putting it on my Starbuck's app I handed them. i told him they messed up my entire order. no apologies no explaination on how to call and earn my points. he was completely oblivious on how to fix the situation and didn't ask anyone for help or to fix my coffee. this is the SECOND time I've had horrible experience at this location....read full review
