My daughter spilled her shake and the young man who was working the line outside in the drive-thru seen it and said they would remake it amazing customer service which lead to a huge smile on her face instead of tears 9-11-25 150pm
I don't normally do the drive thru, I use the walk up window. Since I been coming here I've always had my coffee in less than 5min. And it's always what I order!!! Thank you, Dutch Bros for making my coffee!! This is why I took $3 each visit, y'all deserve it👏💯👏💯
