Fantastic coffee, great CS. I stopped in yesterday for a shot of a Guatemalan Gesha, yes you read that right. They were serving shots of an absolute bomb of a Guatemalan Gesha! I dabble in roasting my own beans at home and Tim was not only excited to talk about it with me and give me some advice. But was also willing to share information and offered to help any way he could.
Great people serving/roasting fantastic coffee. What more could you want?
