Every time I order here they either screw it up or I wait extra time. Done with them. Ordered a salad and burrito. Burrito was fine except they did not add the guacamole that was paid for… this is second time this has happened. The salad. Tiny portion, forgot the guacamole that I paid for again.
Either open to the public for in person service continuously or remain online only continuously. Stop the flip flopping. Jan 2022 closed to public, online only. I decided to "boycott". Hubby wanted Chipotle so he decided to try again on April 4th 2022, low and behold open to public for in person service. They redeemed themselves in my eyes..ok, Chipotle "boycott" over. First time coming to chipotle on Cornell. 5 people working and know one acknowledged me. I was unaware of ordering online. They where to busy to help me or answer questions. Really Disappointed wanted to try the food. But after 10 minutes of waiting and not being helped or acknowledged a customer walked in as I was I was leaving and answered my questions. I was the only customer in the restaurant.until she came in.
