I was introduced to this chain in the airport and was blown away by the reasonable price and quality of ingredients. As someone who travels a ton, finding vegetables can be a challenge. So this was such a welcome find!They have an outpost at PDX but we went to this one on our way to my friend's house. It's a small location with some indoor seating in a strip mall. This place is strange. The food is pretty good, but the vibe is weird. Evergreens seems to actively try to be closed as much as possible, and the staff is perpetually masked up at all times, most likely in an attempt to identify themselves politically than for health reasons. Just weird interactions, and not open for business all that much. Reduced hours to just five on, no weekends. Don't take my money, I guess.
