Since COVID it’s not been clear what hours this store operates under. Some places say 3 and some say 7. It should be pretty high on the list of things to do to ensure customers know whether their orders are for today or tomorrow. It 100% has deterred me from ordering.

Be aware! This location does not keep consistent hours. Way too often we show up and they have closed, displaying different hours than our previous visit. When they're open, they're good. When you can't rely on their hours of operation, they're "not so good".

I was introduced to this chain in the airport and was blown away by the reasonable price and quality of ingredients. As someone who travels a ton, finding vegetables can be a challenge. So this was such a welcome find! They have an outpost at PDX but we went to this one on our way to my friend's house. It's a small location with some indoor seating in a strip mall. Plenty of parking.I got the sombrero salad and the guy who helped me was so nice and added so many extra ingredients. He did warn me that it might go away (adding in free veggies) as well as the extra big bowl.... But for now I will enjoy it!!

This place is strange. The food is pretty good, but the vibe is weird. Evergreens seems to actively try to be closed as much as possible, and the staff is perpetually masked up at all times, most likely in an attempt to identify themselves politically than for health reasons. Just weird interactions, and not open for business all that much. Reduced hours to just five on, no weekends. Don't take my money, I guess.

We did two make your own warm bowls and added teriyaki as the sauce. One bowl was drowning in teriyaki as if it was a soup bowl, absolutely disgusting. The second bowl had two different greens, Spinach and Arugula, yet when I received the bowl, there were LITERALLY 5 pieces of spinach and 5 leaves of arugula; which in total represented ~10% of the bowl. I haven’t been this disgusted by a restaurant in many years. The people who own this shoppe should be completely and irrevocably embarrassed. The food quality was abismal. I would rather put my $40 into a shredder ?

Didn't catch the woman's name, but she was tall, had blonde hair, was very tall, appeared to be young, and was wearing a mask. She was horribly rude, didn't great me, and was angry because I told her the price was incorrect for the bowl I selected. I've ALWAYS had a positive experience at this location and usually place my order online. There was never ONCE a mistake with my order and have always been super excited about going to this location to get my food. The other women also had an attitude and were extremely dismissive of what was going on.Whole staff was terrible. The food is still great though! That being said, it is definitely way too expensive for a salad.

Annoyingly rude staff!!No reason to have such an attitude when you’re paying so much money for what you’re getting.

I love the salads here… but the service has changed soooo much… today really got to me, I walked in at 11:40 am and there were 4 staff members and nobody inside except me. I had absolutely no acknowledgment that I was there and finally one gal in a purple shirt (no name tag) grabbed a bowl and stared at me… I’m like hi how are you?! And proceeded to order my salad… every scoop she added was barely a full scoop so after the second item I had to be clear “I’d like a full scoop of green onions” etc. she didn’t seem very happy, everything she added to my salad she threw in like she didn’t want to be there… she barley mixed my salad so I had to finish it when I got to the office… at the end I asked for heavy dressing and salt and pepper, she responded with, “umm you said heavy dressing and what else?” Like she wasn’t listening to me… it was mostly her tone and attitude with me that really bothered me… she put my salad up top and said here you go… u want bread? I said no thank you…. She wasn’t not a pleasant person, I wish I could add tone to what I’m writing but I can’t so you can only imagine. I am sad this is the closest evergreens to me… I use to come almost everyday, but with all the changes I don’t come often… it’s not a great experience when it feels like there are a bunch of kids running the show and when a customer walks in they all point the finger on who gets to take care of them, like a game of not it… the servings have changed and there is a huge lack in service, you don’t feel welcomed there. Hopefully there is more training done and things change soon or I’m going to have to find other healthy options for lunch and won’t be recommending this location to friends anymore.

A little pricey for a salad, but it's all fresh ingredients you get to either build your own or pick from their menu. My son is vegetarian so sometimes it's hard to just grab fast food anywhere when we're out and about. He's had a wrap from here before so we knew the food was good.! Will be back since they have a bunch of options for him and there are several around town.

Since the removal of the quinoa and the grain bowls, its gone from a 5 to a 1. Lost my business. Use to be one of the best salad places in town.

Recently the prices have gotten too high. The portions of dressing and toppings has also been decreased. I used to love this spot as an expensive treat, but I can't justify the price for a dry sad salad.

Very patient, friendly staff for our first time visit. However, several warnings. The lettuce was limp. And, about 2 hours later my wife started getting very sick. Now, she is a retired USDA food inspector, so this is a somewhat educated response. She knows how to recognize food poisoning!
