“I was introduced to this chain in the airport and was blown away by the reasonable price and quality of ingredients. As someone who travels a ton, finding vegetables can be a challenge. So this was such a welcome find!They have an outpost at PDX but we went to this one on our way to my friend's house. It's a small location with some indoor seating in a strip mall. Plenty of parking.I got the sombrero salad and the guy who helped me was so nice and added so many extra ingredients. He did warn me that it might go away (adding in free veggies) as well as the extra big bowl.... But for now I will enjoy it!!“
