“Once I got my meal, I never saw the sites again. She got a bit swamped, I get it.I saw a couple walk in and stand & wait to be greeted and seated. Neither happened, so they walked out. You've got to have fast & friendly hostsses/hosts with their head on a swivel (I used to be one, so I'm speaking from experience). Food was really good!“
“Rashell was amazing! We prefer coming to this Shari’s even though it’s further from us and there is a closer one down the street. Why? This one feels cozier and we really like that it hasn’t been updated for awhile. It still holds character and history. Back in the day vibes- we like that. The staff, friendly and thoughtful. Food is always on point. Even when they are short staffed, they get things done. Thanks Rashell! I’ll give her 10 stars if I could. She deserves a raise!“
“Decided to call and pickup some sandwiches for dinner. Wasn't in the best mood when I arrived, but was all smiles when I left. We were lucky enough to be waited on by Joe (manager). Honestly I can't say enough to do him justice. Joe is everything a manager should be... And more! He is efficient, quick, friendly, fair, funny, honest, etc. Etc. He makes sure you (as a customer) walk away completely satisfied, feeling great with a big smile on your face. Shari's is lucky to have an employee like him! Oh and the food is delicious too!!! Lol“
