This is a great food cart where there is indoor seating.. Not all the food cards were open that day, but I did go to a Mexican one which was very delicious and very big portions. It was very quiet for lunch, which made it a great meeting place to catch up with friends.
We hit up the Hillsboro Downtown Station on our way to the coast. It was a bit of a detour off of our main trip, but was so worth it. The attached parking lot was full, but there was plenty of on street parking on a Saturday afternoon. There were so many different cuisines to choose from that we had a hard time choosing. We chose food from three different trucks and every vendor was super polite and kind. Most of the vendors prefer cash. Food was made super quick. There is plenty...
There is something here for everyone, and it's all good! Indoor and covered area available. Buy a drink from the vendors because they heat the free water inside to discourage consumption. Nice on a cold day tho.
